I ordered the Offset and Cuban link. Only received the offset chain on 12/22/20. Followed their delivery info on their website and waited until 12/30/20. A week passed an no Cuban link. The offset is 2 chains so it came in its own packaging. 1/4/21 Customer service asked me for a picture of what was received. Now had I known that I wouldn’t have gotten both deliveries, I wouldn’t have know to take pictures. It was Christmas presents for my son and my nephew and we were out of town. They have no good process for missing items or better tracking on shipments. 2 separate items should not have been on the same shipping when it’s being sent in 2 different packages. So I created this review.
1/14/21 Update - the company is currently working to fix the situation by providing me with the merchandise that I ordered that wasn't previously delivered. Im greatful that they didn't just rule me out altogether because that’s what it was looking like. Seems they began to actually provide customer service once I started a review. So I'll update once my chain is received.

1/21/21 received Cuban link. 3 stars because CS put me through it in the beginning and it took long to receive the necklace. The chains do tangle easy. That is aggravating. I probably won’t be ordering from the again. But glad this is over.

I had an issue and they were quick to resolve the issue.
I like the 2 products I ordered, very good quality and shine they had I was overall satisfied with my purchases just had to return one item bc it was to small but other than that good products.

The items I received were not worth the price I paid for. After waiting over 2 weeks. But that’s okay lesson learned
Didn't look like the picture, not happy with necklace. It looks cheap, to embarrassed to even wear it.
NOT WORTH IT. I purchased the Figaro + Rope Chain Stack as a birthday gift. Upon the first use, the piece that attaches/connects to the clasp has detached from the chain. This was the bad quality I received and was informed it was a "defective" chain. I had the awful experience of having to return a present, receive a gift card, and end up paying even more after re-ordering it. I didn't receive a good quality chain nor helpful customer service. I never have bad experiences but this was definitely one of them. Save your money.
I love it, my chain looks amazing, feels great. New accessory to my Alphet. Gym, Shower, sleep, repeat! Worth the $
